Shipping Information

For a limited time you can also enjoy free standard ground shipping for all orders over $75! No coupon necessary. Shipping promotions apply to shipments under 15 lbs. Select items such as train tables, play boards, large play sets, or furniture may not eligible for free shipping. Free shipping does not apply to orders using Google Checkout or for addresses in Alaska or Hawaii.  International and expedited orders including 2nd Day (2 business days), Next Day Air, do not qualify for Free shipping. All Aboard Toys will choose the shipper for the Free Shipping on Orders Over $75.

Shipping

All Aboard Toys prides itself in being one of the fastest shippers on the Internet. Domestic orders that are placed Monday - Friday before 3 p.m. Eastern Time, will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after the 3 p.m. Eastern Time cutoff will usually ship the next business day. Orders placed between Friday 3 p.m. Eastern Time and Monday 3 p.m. Eastern Time will usually ship that Monday.

Estimating Arrival Dates

Orders shipped by our Economy Ground Shipping method typically arrive in 3 - 7 business days. Orders shipped using Standard Ground usually arrive within 3-5 business days. Note: The ship date is not included when calculating the estimated delivery date, and only weekdays count as business days (excluding holidays such as Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Day, and New Year's Day).

Examples:

• Place order Monday after 3 p.m. Eastern Time with 2nd-Day Shipping. It ships Tuesday, and would arrive Thursday.

• Place order Tuesday before 3 p.m. Eastern Time with 4-day delivery. It ships Tuesday, and would arrive approx. Monday or Tuesday of the following week..

Shipping and Handling Fees

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be assigned and you will be notified via email. You can then track your order online by logging into your account in the Order History section (simply click the tracking number shown there). Or use our handy Track Order feature - be sure to have handy your order number and the email address used to place the order.

The online tracking system will display the most current information on the status of your package and when it is forecasted to arrive at its final destination. Note: Please allow up to 24 hours from the time your order was placed for tracking information to become available.

Oversized Items

Oversized items include train tables, play boards, furniture items, large train sets, and other items denoted on the site. Each item will be charged the applicable oversized shipping charges. Oversized items are not eligible for free shipping promotions. Expedited and international shipping is not available. Please allow 4 to 7 days to arrive.

Drop Ship Items

All Aboard Toys offers a large selection of items that may be sent by various shipping carriers depending on where the item is shipping from. Orders that contain items shipping from various locations will arrive in separate packages. Please allow 3 to 4 extra days for shipping these items. Expedited or express shipping may not be available on orders containing these items during checkout. Drop ship items cannot ship internationally.

Orders Shipping to International Addresses

All Aboard Toys is pleased to offer shipping to most international destinations.  When entering the shipping address select the appropriate country from the drop down provided.  Refer to the country drop down for the list of the countries available to send shipments

All Canadian packages are shipped using DHL Global Mail from our warehouse in the United States.  The package will then be sent to Toronto where Canada Post will take the package and deliver it to its final destination.  Tracking is provided with this shipping method and will be sent to you in your shipping confirmation email.  Allow 4-8 business days for your order to arrive.

The shipping method used to ship to all other International destinations is USPS Air Mail Row and ships via the Post Office to most countries in 6-10 business days. It can take as long as 14-21 business days for delivery, depending on time spent in customs.  There is no tracking number available on these shipments.  

P.O. boxes are accepted as valid shipping addresses.  Oversized items and drop ship items are not able to ship internationally.
